We made introductions and set the meetings for the rest of the year. All meetings to be held at 3.30 pm:

Erin said she would reach out to Gretchen to inquire about Friends of HHS

Committees were discussed - Cass, Erin and Meg to form a wellness committee. Meg shared that she is working to set up an outdoor and an indoor nature spae and we will spend the Whole Foods grant money from last year on that.

Sing along was discussed. Mr Reilly said he and MR Johnnie were working on it. Christopher said many parents are willing to support getting new equipment etc to make sing along better.

Mr Reilly shared the budget is not finalized - it has been pushed back to mid November Mr Reilly would like to bring back some extra-curricular activities when we know what the budget is.

Mr Reilly talked about the window for opting into school is in November and parents should go ahead and opt in if they want. right now that is the only window. we are likely to get at least 20 more in person kids.

We are going to have a digital presentation for interested parents and virtual tours

Middle school applications have been pushed back but there is no date as of now
