PK-3 and PK-4: Arrival time is 8:00 AM

All students in 3K and Pre-K will enter through Door D and be escorted directly to their classrooms by their parents/guardians.

Students in these grades will be allowed into their classrooms at 8:00 a.m. and will receive a breakfast in the room.

At 8:00am, any 3K/PreK students who are dropped off early in the cafeteria will be escorted to their class by Ms. Nicole.

Kindergarten: Breakfast is served between 7:30 a.m. and 7:55 a.m. in the cafeteria. To ensure a safe school environment, please drop your child off by 7:55 AM at the cafeteria door where they will be greeted by a P.S. 368 staff member.

At 8:00 a.m. Kindergarten students will be picked up in the cafeteria and escorted to the classrooms by their teachers.

Children who arrive via school bus service will join the students in the cafeteria and will be supervised by P.S. 368 staff.

Gr. 1 – 8 student: Breakfast is served between 7:30 a.m. and 7:55 a.m. in the cafeteria. To ensure a safe school environment, please drop your child off by 7:55 AM at the cafeteria door where they will be greeted by a P.S. 368 staff member.

At 8:00 a.m. students will walk upstairs to their classrooms where they will be greeted by their teachers.

Children who arrive via school bus service will join the students in the cafeteria and will be supervised by P.S. 368 staff.

PK-3 and PK-4: At 2:15 p.m, Door D will be opened for all 3K and PreK families to proceed to the classrooms on the first floor.

Any 3K & PreK student who has not been picked up by 2:30 pm will be brought to auditorium. Caregivers will enter through the main entrance and/or main lobby (located on Amsterdam Avenue) and pick up students there.

Kindergarten: students will be dismissed at 2:40 PM from the school yard entrance (147th Street) and line up for parent pick-up. This is the same procedure for inclement weather.

Any student who has not been picked up by 2:30 pm will be brought to the auditorium. Caregivers will enter through the main entrance and/or main lobby (located on Amsterdam Avenue) and pick up students there

*Any students participating in BGCH after school programming at the clubhouse located on W 145th Street will be picked up in the auditorium and safely escorted by a BGCH staff member to their facility at dismissal.

Grades 1 - 8 students will be dismissed at 2:20 PM.

At 2:20 p.m, Door C (147th St) is opened for Grades 1-3 to come outside and line-up for parent pick-up.

At 2:20 p.m., Door D (147th Street) is opened for bus students to exit and Grades 4-5 line-up for parent pick-up.

At 2:20 p.m., Door B (146th Street) is opened for students to exit and Grades 6-8 line-up for parent pick-up.

This is the same procedure for inclement weather.

Both Door C and Door D will be closed promptly at 2:55 pm. Any student who has not been picked up by 2:55 pm will be brought to the auditorium. Caregivers will enter through the main entrance and/or main lobby (located on Amsterdam Avenue) and pick up students there.

Bus students will be picked up from the main lobby located on Amsterdam Avenue.

*Any students participating in BGCH after school programming at the clubhouse located on W 145th Street will be picked up in the auditorium and safely escorted by a BGCH staff member to their facility at dismissal.
